DEPARTMENT OF RADIONUCLIDE EXAMINATION METHODS
The department of radionuclide examination methods specializes in conducting the following examinations:
Myocardial scintigraphy with 99mTc-technetril
Lung scintigraphy with 99mTc-macrotech
Angionephroscintigraphy with 99mTc-tpyrfotech
Bone scintigraphy with 99mTc-pentatech
MYOCARDIAL SCINTIGRAPHY
Single-photon emission computed tomography (SPECT) with 99mTc-technetril is widely used in clinical practice to examine patients with various cardiac pathologies in order to assess coronary perfusion.
LUNG SCINTIGRAPHY
Perfusion lung scintigraphy is a method for assessing pulmonary blood flow using special radiopharmaceuticals.
Indications for use:
Angionephroscintigraphy is a method for assessing the function of the genitourinary system using special radiopharmaceuticals.
BONE SCINTIGRAPHY
Bone scintigraphy is a diagnostic method based on the administration into the patient's body of a radiopharmaceutical that accumulates in bone tissue.
Equipment – scanner Philips BrightView XCT.

Perfusion lung scintigraphy is a method for assessing pulmonary blood flow using special radiopharmaceuticals.
Indications for use:
- diagnostics of pulmonary artery thromboembolia (PATE);
- quantitative assessment of capillary blood flow disorders in the lungs in various diseases;
- assessment of the treatment effectiveness, the prognosis of the further course and probable outcome of the disease.
- Contraindications for use:
- pregnancy
